The 2026 Midlife Unfiltered Experience™

Your body has gone rogue, your brain feels like it’s been dipped in molasses, your career doesn’t fit anymore, and shit just got real.

$97 $25 year-long experience for women who are tired of white-knuckling their way through midlife alone, Googling symptoms at 3 am, wondering if they’re broken, wondering what the hell comes next professionally, and pretending like they have it all together when they absolutely don’t.

12 Women. 12 Stories.
1 Year that Changes Everything.

Your body is doing thing without your permission.

Your career either ended, needs to end, or you’re sitting in a job that makes you want to scream into a pillow every Monday morning. Or maybe you’re finally ready to build something of your own, but have no idea where to start.

Your kids don’t need you the sam way, or you never had kids, and that grief just decided to show up uninvited at 47.

Your relationship is either over, barely hanging on, or you’re redefining what the hell it even means anymore.

You’re tired in a way that sleep doesn’t touch.

Your boundaries dissolved somewhere between 2009 and Tuesday, and the person you see in the mirror? You’re not entirely sure who that is.

Everyone keeps saying, “This is just what happens in midlife.”

Fuck that!

Fuck That!

Hi, I’m Crystal!

Yes, midlife is messy.
Yes, everything is changing at all once.
Yes, your body is doing things without your consent.

And yes, your professional life is probably imploding right alongside everything else.

What if there were 12 women, each with a completely different story, a different struggle, a different identity, a different path through, who looked you dead in the eye and said:

“I survived this. Here’s how. And you’re not alone.”

What if you had all of 2026 to follow their journeys, learn from their mistakes, steal their strategies, and realize that the chaos you’re living in isn’t a personal failure; it’s midlife doing what midlife does.

What if you had a community that didn’t require you to perform?

Where you can show up messy, exhausted, rage-filled, grief-stricken, or completely lost, and someone would say, “Yeah, me, too.”

What if you had expert resources for all of it, not just the hormones, not just the “Find your purpose” bullshit, not just the business advice that ignores the fact that you haven’t slept in three days, but the actual whole-ass life transformation you’re going through?

That’s what this is.

The 2026 Midlife Unfiltered Experience™

A year-long journey where you don’t need to pretend anymore.

This is not generic advice that ignores your actual life.

These are real women’s stories unfolding over 12 months, combined with an ever-growing library of expert resources, year-long support that actually lasts, and a community that doesn’t suck.

The Truth People Don’t Tell You

Midlife isn’t just hormones.

And it isn’t just a career crisis.

And it isn’t just an identity meltdown.

It’s all three.
At the same time.
While you’re also trying to function.

Your body is changing

Perimenopause. Menopause. Thyroid chaos. Chronic pain. Fatigue that won’t quit. Brain fog so thick you forget words mid-sentence. Movement that used to feel easy now feels like a negotiation with your own joints.

Your identity is dissolving

Who are you when you’re not being a mom, a wife, a daughter, an employee, a caregiver? Strip away all the roles, who’s left?

Your career doesn’t fit anymore

Burnout. Layoffs. The job that used to work suddenly feels like a cage. Or maybe you’re finally ready to build something of your own, monetize what you know, pivot into something that actually lights you up, but you have no idea where to start while your body is staging a mutiny. Or maybe you’re staring down retirement with nothing saved and trying not to panic.

Your relationships are evolving (or ending)

Divorce. Separation. Empty nest. Redefinition. Boundaries you never learned to set. Partners who don’t understand why you’re “suddenly” different.

Your money situation is stressful

Starting over financially. Rebuilding after divorce. Managing money solo. Retirement planning when you have nothing saved. The terror of “what if I can’t work like this anymore?”

Your boundaries have collapsed

You’ve given and given and given until there’s nothing left. And now you’re supposed to magically learn to say no? Cool. How?

Your nervous system is fried

Always on edge. Can’t calm down. Overwhelm is the baseline. Anxiety that might be hormones or might be your actual life or might be both.

Every resource you find addresses one of those things.

The wellness coach doesn’t talk about your career crisis.

The career coach ignores your exhaustion.

The therapist can’t help with the night sweats.

The career coach doesn’t mention that you’re broke and too tired to think about pivoting right now.

Nobody’s addressing the whole experience. Until now.

Meet the 12 Women

Every month, you’ll follow a new woman’s complete journey through storytelling.
(These are not the presenters & contributors, you’ll meet them soon.)

These are not generic “here’s what to do” advice dumps.

These are real, messy, honest stories about how they navigated the whole midlife shitshow: the body stuff, career, identity, and everything in between.

You’ll see yourself in at least one of these women.
Probably several. (I know I did. Plus, I discovered a lot of things that I’ve been dealing with this past year are in fact perimenopause, and not what I thought.)

You’ll learn their story, turning point, what they did that actually worked, and their wisdom for your journey.

Marcus

Marcus: 47, they/them, White/Caucasian.

They live in Oakland, CA, and are a Community Organizer and Freelance Graphic Designer navigating early perimenopause while building a sustainable creative business as a non-binary person person in medical spaces that weren’t designed for them.

Their wisdom: Your gender identity doesn’t make your menopause less real. You get to be who you are, and you deserve care that sees all of you.

Rosa

Rosa: 52, she/her, Latina (Mexican-American, second generation).

She lives in San Antonio, Tx and is a Middle School Special Education Teacher living with fibromyalgia, navigating full menopause while unlearning a lifetime of cultural expectations that told her suffering was noble and rest was weakness.

Her wisdom: Suffering isn’t noble. Rest isn’t weakness. And you don’t owe anyone an explanation for taking care of yourself.

Jennifer

Jennifer: 44, she/her,  White/Caucasian.

She lives in Nashville, TN and is a Former VP of Operations, recently laid off, facing an identity crisis that goes way beyond updating her LinkedIn, rebuilding her sense of self and her career while her body throws panic attacks into the mix.

Her wisdom: You can’t control your way out of perimenopause. The panic attacks aren’t a personal failure. They’re your body saying, “we need a different way.”

Aisha

Aisha: 49, she/her, Black/African (immigrated from Nigeria at age 12).

She lives in Atlanta, GA, and is an ER Nurse Practitioner and single mother fighting to get her own symptoms taken seriously in a medical system that routinely dismisses Black women’s pain, while working night shifts, parenting teens, and running on empty.

Her wisdom: Your pain is real. Your symptoms matter. If you don’t advocate for yourself with the same fierceness you advocate for everyone else, you will disappear.

Sophie

Sophie: 41, she/her,  White/Eastern European (Polish immigrant, came to the US at 25).

She lives in Chicago, IL and is a Restaurant Owner dealing with the collision of early perimenopause symptoms and the relentless stress of running a small family business, proving that “too young for perimenopause” is a myth that costs women years.

Her wisdom: You’re not too young for perimenopause. There’s no “right age.” Your body doesn’t care what your mom’s timeline was.

Patricia

Patricia: 58, she/her, White/Appalachian.

She lives in Asheville, NC and is a Retired Coal Miner’s Widow now working at a garden center, navigating post-menopause with limited healthcare access, joint pain, isolation, and the reality that nobody talks about menopause when you’re poor.

Her wisdom: Nobody talks about menopause when you’re poor. But there are people who care, and there are resources if you know where to look. You’re not invisible just because you don’t have money.

Priya

Priya: 45, she/her, South Asian (Indian-American, second generation).

She lives in Boston, MA and is a Software Engineer at a tech startup who got diagnosed with ADHD in her 40s, and is now navigating the sensory overload of her career, cultural expectations, imposter syndrome, and perimenopause all at once while wondering if it’s time to do something completely different.

Her wisdom: You’re not failing. The world just wasn’t built for people like us. Once you understand what you’re dealing with, you can stop blaming yourself.

Carmen

Carmen: 53, she/her, Latina (Puerto Rican).

She lives in the Bronx, NY and is a social worker in child protective services who spent decades absorbing other people’s trauma and is finally confronting what happens when all that rage and burnout catch up with you, and what it looks like to build a life after burning out of a career that consumed you.

Her wisdom: All the trauma you’ve been holding, all the rage you’ve been swallowing, it’s going to come up, and they’re not a weakness. That’s your body finally saying “enough.” Listen to her.

Linda

Linda: 60, she/her, Indigenous/Native American (Lakota).

She lives in Denver, CO and is a Medical Billing Specialist who spent 55 years disconnected from her culture and is finally coming home to herself, navigating post-menopause, diabetes, and the question of what a career and a life look like when you’re reclaiming an identity that was taken from her.

Her wisdom: Coming back to yourself, your body, your culture, in midlife? That’s not too late. That’s exactly on time.

Bethany

Bethany: 48, she/her, White/Jewish.

She lives in Brooklyn, NY and is a Writer and Adjunct Professor navigating perimenopause, chronic migraines, creative blocks, and the financial precarity that comes with a lifetime in the arts, plus the grief of childlessness by circumstance that nobody warned her would hit this hard.

Her wisdom: Perimenopause will make you grieve the life you didn’t live. The grief is real. And on the other side, there’s still a life worth living.

Maria

Maria: 55, she/her, Filipina-American (immigrated at age 22).

She lives in Los Angeles, CA and is Home Health Aide who spent 30+ years in physical labor caring for others and is now dealing with bone density loss, chronic pain, no retirement savings, and the terrifying question of what happens when the caregiver’s body gives out, and whether it’s possible to build something different this late in the game.

Her wisdom: If you break your body taking care of everyone else, who will take care of you? Caring for yourself isn’t betrayal, it’s wisdom.

Keiko

Keiko: 56, she/her, Japanese-American (third generation, grandparents were interned at Manzanar during WWII).

She lives in Portland, OR and is a Ceramics Artist working part-time at a pottery supply store, navigating post-menopause and hypothyroidism while wresting with 30+ years artistic work that never translated into financial security, and figuring out if it’s possible to finally monetize her expertise without selling her soul.

Her wisdom: Aging as an artist without financial security feels impossible. But there are paths through; they’re just no the ones we were sold.

The Midlife Unfiltered Community

A private, quiet, supportive, and focused space where you don’t have to perform.

The Vibe? No twat waffles allowed.
Just women showing up as they actually are: messy, exhausted, rage-filled, grief-stricken, hopeful, or completely lost, and holding space for each other to do the same.

This Is Not:

❌ A chaotic Facebook group with 10,000 strangers posting, “Is this normal?”

❌ An algorithm-driven hellscape of notifications

❌ A place where you have to have your shit together to participate

❌ Toxic positivity central

This Is:

✅ A supportive community with its own dedicated app, and no ads

✅ A refuge when you’re drowning

✅ A spark when you’re ready

✅ A mirror so you can see yourself

✅ A chorus so you know you’re not alone

Inside, you’ll find:

  • The Story Circle: Weekly discussions about that month’s woman
  • The Real Talk Zone: Raw, unfiltered truth-telling (no toxic positivity allowed)
  • Celebration Space: Wins only, pure hype, no “well actually” energy
  • Daily Portal Prompts: Real, specific, grounded-in-midlife questions (no “what are you grateful for” bullshit)
  • The Healing Portal: All resources organized in one place (no hunting across platforms when your brain is foggy.
  • Ask Anything: Medical questions (with disclaimers), life questions, “Is this normal?” questions
  • The Playground: Memes, recipes, books, pets, off-topic fun

You can lurk and witness, or jump in and share. Both are perfect, and welcome.

$97 Just $25 through August 30th!

Why This Experience Is Different:

Most Midlife Resources Are:

❌ Too focused on wellness alone (as if your entire career isn’t also imploding)

❌ Too focused on business alone (as if you’re not exhausted and foggy)

❌ Too woo-woo (all ritual, no strategy for your actual career or money steps)

❌ One-size-fits-all (ignoring race, class, identity, neurodivergence, chronic illness, and real-life complexity)

❌ Short lived (a week-long summit that disappears right when you need it

❌ Expensive as hell (hundreds or thousands of dollars you don’t have)

The Midlife Unfiltered Experience Is:

✅ Whole-life focused: Body and career and relationships and identity and money and purpose

✅ Both soul and strategy: You get the bervous system work and the business plan, the grief ritual, and the career pivot framework

✅ Deeply diverse: 12 women representing different races, identities, struggles, financial realities, and solutions

✅ Year-long support: Not a flash-in-the-pan event, but a sustained showing up

✅ Accessible: $97 $25 gets you an entire year (seriously)

✅ Real: These stories reflect actual midlife experiences, not Instagram perfection

This is NOT “10 tips for hot flashes.”
This is NOT “manifest your dream life.”

This IS “here’s how 12 different women rebuilt their entire lives, their health, careers, identities, while their bodies were actively betraying them, plus workshops, courses, tools, a live New Moon Ceremony each month, and community to support your unique journey.

This is for you if you’ve ever thought:

  • I don’t recognize myself anymore.
  • Who am I beyond being a mom/ wife/ employee/ caregiver?
  • My career doesn’t fit anymore, but what else would I even do?
  • I want to start something of my own, but I dont’ even know where to begin.
  • I’m exhausted in a way that sleep doesn’t fix.
  • I can’t keep giving this much, but how do I stop?

  • There has to be more than this.
  • I need to rebuild my entire life, and I don’t know where to start.

💬 Words from Fellow Midlife Women:

Paulette
Finally, something that doesn't treat midlife like just hormones, or just 'find your purpose,' it's everything at once, which is exactly what I'm dealing with.

The story format makes it so much easier to absorb than another 'here's what to do' list. I actually remember the advice because I remember the woman.

You’ve been told midlife is a decline. A closing door. The beginning of the end.
That’s a lie.

Midlife is a portal. A becoming. A reclamation.

There’s a third option: Walking through the portal with women who’ve gone before you.
